:Job Summary


• The SPD Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the Sterile Processing Department, ensuring efficient, high-quality, and cost effective services for all areas requiring sterile processing support.


Job Requirements
• Education
◦
▪ Preferred: Associate's Degree 
• Experience
◦
▪ Required: 3 years of SPD experience
▪ Required: 1 year of leadership experience
• Skills
◦
▪ Proven experience in Sterile Processing operations
▪ Strong leadership and problem solving skills
▪ Knowledgeable in regulatory aspects impacting SPD to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and standards.
▪ Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to coordinate with staff, outside departments, and leadership teams while maintaining the hospital’s mission, vision, and values.
• Licensure/Certification/Registration
