Spa & Wellness Director

Full-time | Salary: $90,000–$95,000 + 10% Annual Bonus
We are seeking an accomplished Spa & Wellness Director to lead the operations and guest experience strategy for a luxury spa in the heart of Nashville. This is a rare opportunity to shape an industry-leading wellness environment at one of the city’s most prestigious hospitality destinations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily spa operations, including guest services, treatment rooms, cleanliness, and facility coordination.
Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team: therapists, aestheticians, receptionists, and wellness staff.
Deliver an exceptional guest experience through premium services and personalized wellness offerings.
Drive spa profitability through pricing, promotions, retail sales, and membership initiatives.
Develop and manage operating and capital budgets with clear performance reporting.
Partner with marketing to build visibility and guest loyalty through targeted campaigns.
Maintain strict compliance with all safety and hygiene regulations.
Anticipate industry trends and introduce innovative wellness programs.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of spa leadership in a luxury hospitality environment.
Deep understanding of spa operations, wellness modalities, and 5-star service standards.
Proven ability to manage teams, deliver financial results, and enhance guest satisfaction.
Hands-on experience as a certified massage therapist, aesthetician, or wellness practitioner is a plus.
Strong knowledge of spa menu design, inventory control, and retail strategy.
Skilled in guest interaction and team motivation.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
